New Rector
The date of the Institution has been announced as Thursday 19 th June at
7:30pm in All Saints and all parishioners are encouraged to attend.
There will be a short reception directly after the service in The Greville Arms

We, the parishioners of Mullingar Union extend a warm welcome to Ian,
Jenny, Sam and Leo.
May Sale
This year’s sale took place on Saturday 17 th May starting at All Saints’ Church
grounds.
Thank you to all who helped in the organising of this event and to everyone
who attended and made it such a great success. The Total Raised for this event
was just over €4,000.
General Easter Vestry Meeting
The Easter Vestry meeting took place on Thursday 15 th May in All Saints’
Hall Details of the New Committee will be posted on the website. We thank
all those who have served on the Vestry and acted in various roles over the
last year which has been vital to maintain the parish during the vacancy. We
value your service.
Exams
We wish all the young people of the parish well that are sitting state exams in
June especially those who are finishing secondary school and about to embark
on a new chapter in their lives.
Whist Drives
A the season for Whist is now at a close we extend a huge thank you to all the
people who attended, organised, and help set up for each whist drive, the
people who provided and helped with the delicious teas, the people who organised the prizes and anyone who donated prizes.
We look forward to seeing everyone along with some new faces in the new season.
Youth Activities.
New Youth Leaders are always appreciated so that we have a full panel of
volunteers to keep activities going in the parish.

Condolences
We extend our heartfelt condolence to Rev Sarah and her husband Declan,
Edenderry on the tragic death of their beautiful daughter Ella Marry . Ella was
a past pupil in Wilsons Hospital We know that she has many friends in the
parish that have been deeply touched by her sad loss.
To all those in the parish who have also been bereaved this month our thought
are with you .
Prayer for healing.
We offer prayers for all who are dealing with ill health and are undergoing
treatment and surgery within the parish. We wish you a full recovery in Gods
healing light.
Hear us, Lord of life, heal us, and make us whole. O Lord our God, accept
the fervent prayers of your people; in the multitude of your mercies look
with compassion upon us and all who turn to you for help; for you are
gracious, O lover of souls, and to you we give glory, Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit, now and for ever.
Retirement of Archdeacon Leslie Stevenson
The parish would like to wish the Archdeacon Leslie Stevenson the very best
wishes for his forthcoming retirement. We would like to thank him for his
input and engagement with the parish during the vacancy since Canon Alastair
Graham retired from his post in March 2024
