\nThe date of the Institution has been announced as Thursday 19 th June at
\n7:30pm in All Saints and all parishioners are encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n

We, the parishioners of Mullingar Union extend a warm welcome to Ian,
\nJenny, Sam and Leo.<\/p>\n

May Sale<\/strong>
\nThis year\u2019s sale took place on Saturday 17 th May starting at All Saints\u2019 Church
\ngrounds.
\nThank you to all who helped in the organising of this event and to\u00a0everyone
\nwho attended and\u00a0made it such a\u00a0great success. The Total Raised for this event
\nwas just over \u20ac4,000.<\/p>\n

General Easter Vestry Meeting<\/strong>
\nThe Easter Vestry meeting took place on Thursday 15 th May in All Saints\u2019
\nHall Details of the\u00a0New Committee will be posted on the website. We thank
\nall those who have served on the Vestry and acted in various roles over the
\nlast year which has been vital to maintain the parish during the vacancy. We
\nvalue your service.<\/p>\n

Exams<\/strong>
\nWe wish all the young people of the parish well that are sitting state exams in
\nJune especially those who are finishing secondary school and about to embark
\non a new chapter in their lives.<\/p>\n

Whist Drives<\/strong>
\nA the season for Whist is now at a close we extend a huge thank you to all the
\npeople who attended,\u00a0organised, and help set up for each whist drive, the
\npeople who provided and helped with the delicious teas,\u00a0the people who organised the prizes and anyone who donated prizes.<\/p>\n

We look forward to seeing everyone\u00a0along with some new faces in the new season.<\/p>\n

Youth Activities.<\/strong>
\nNew Youth Leaders are always appreciated so that we have a full panel of
\nvolunteers to keep activities going in the parish.
\nDetails of next events will be shared on the parish Facebook Page and the
\nWebsite.<\/p>\n

Condolences<\/strong>
\nWe extend our heartfelt condolence to Rev Sarah and her husband Declan,
\nEdenderry on the tragic death of their beautiful daughter Ella Marry . Ella was
\na past pupil in Wilsons Hospital We know that she has many friends in the
\nparish that have been deeply touched by her sad loss.
\nTo all those in the parish who have also been bereaved this month our thought
\nare with you .<\/p>\n

Prayer for healing.<\/strong>
\nWe offer prayers for all who are dealing with ill health and are undergoing
\ntreatment and surgery within the parish. We wish you a full recovery in Gods
\nhealing light.<\/p>\n

Hear us, Lord of life, heal us, and make us whole. O Lord our God, accept<\/em><\/strong>
\nthe fervent prayers of your people; in the multitude of your mercies look<\/em><\/strong>
\nwith compassion upon us and all who turn to you for help; for you are<\/em><\/strong>
\ngracious, O lover of souls, and to you we give glory, Father, Son, and Holy<\/em><\/strong>
\nSpirit, now and for ever.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Retirement of Archdeacon Leslie Stevenson<\/strong>
\nThe parish would like to wish\u00a0the Archdeacon Leslie Stevenson\u00a0the very best
\nwishes for his\u00a0forthcoming retirement. We would like to thank him for his
\ninput\u00a0and engagement with the parish\u00a0during the vacancy since Canon Alastair
\nGraham retired from his post in March 2024<\/p>\n
