Dear Parishioner(s)
Summer Weather
While most people have enjoyed the recent good weather and have benefited from it, we all, of course, are mindful of the challenge it has brought to farmers and others working on the land and water supplies. We sincerely pray that the significant challenges that farming is facing will be compensated by some beneficial opportunities in both improved weather conditions and statutory support, over the next few months. I hope those who had the opportunity of taking holidays in the good weather had a truly relaxing and restful time. I also hope that during this month there will be time for further rest and relaxation before all the activity starts in September.
All Saints’ School
I am delighted to announce that Ann Lundie will be joining the teaching staff in the School from the end of this month, following Mrs. Sheridan’s retirement. We warmly welcome Ms. Lundie and we know that we have managed to secure the services of a very fine and dedicated teacher. It is also a great pleasure to announce that Ber Hynes has been appointed to the additional SNA Position (Special Needs Assistant) from the beginning of next term. Ms. Hynes will also bring some very special qualities to her position in the School and we would like to wish both Ms. Hynes and Ms. Lundie well in their new positions.
