please contact the organisers in Almoritia - Billy Small 087-2533001, or Catherine
Gibson-Brabazon 087-7461650 or any of the other Almoritia parishioners. The Sale begins at
11.00 a.m. and will conclude at 3.00 p.m. Do come - you will have a great day and please
invite your friends and family. Items may be left in All Saints' this Thursday morning between
10am and 12 noon for the sale.
Parish Remembrance Sunday - Sunday 10th July
We are holding a special Parish Remembrance Service on Sunday 10th July at 11.00 a.m. in All
Saints'. I warmly invite all parishioners to attend. This will be an occasion when we remember
before God all our loved ones who have gone before us and also offer comfort and care to all
who have been bereaved. I do hope that this Service will be very well supported and I am
sure that we will all be inspired by God's presence and love. The Roman Catholic community
draw great strength from the holding of Cemetery Sunday and I hope our Parish will also
draw strength from this Remembrance Service.
Mr. Pat Horan - All Saints' School
A very large congregation attended church on Sunday 26th June. At the Service we gave
thanks to God for the magnificent work that Mr. Horan had done as both teacher and
Principal of All Saints' School over the last 41 years. Students and families representing each
of the four decades took part in the Service. Mr. Horan is leaving an inspiring educational
legacy on which we can build for the future. However, he will be so very sadly missed and we
wish Pat a very healthy and happy retirement and we pray that Pat, Paula and the family will
continue to enjoy good health and happiness.
The Rectory Lunch on Sunday 12th June was a wonderful occasion. Olive and I were delighted
that 105 parishioners joined us for this lunch and we were truly blessed with magnificent
sunshine, delightful cuisine and the beauty of the Rectory garden. The Rectory is the Parish
home and is a centre of hospitality. It provides a perfect venue for all of us as brothers and
sisters in Christ to meet for good company and conversation. Olive and I so enjoyed the
occasion and would like to thank you for all the lovely memories we have of the Lunch in the
Rectory. Our little grandson, Donnacha, as he was going to bed told us "I loved the party
We welcomed into God's family through baptism, Isaac Wright-Langley and Theodore
Culbert. We pray for them, their parents and godparents as they begin their journey of faith.
We would like to warmly congratulate James and Miranda Black, and Brian and Zoe Murray
on their recent marriages. We pray that under God's guidance and prayer they will enjoy a
long and happy life together.
Friday Tiny Tots Morning
The Tiny Tots held their final session on Friday 24th June. We would like to thank and
congratulate Zoe Hales on the success of this venture. She is doing a wonderful job with the
support of Lorraine. The new session begins on Friday 2nd September. Contact Zoe by text
